We started in 2019, when UAE businesses were adjusting to VAT and needed honest, practical tax guidance. Since then, we have helped startups, SMEs and established companies across the Emirates stay compliant, avoid penalties and make better financial decisions.

Our Story

Built for the VAT Era, Ready for Whatever Comes Next

When VAT launched in the UAE, most small and mid-sized businesses had nowhere simple to turn. The rules were new, the penalties were strict, and accountants who truly understood FTA procedures were hard to find.

Inspire MS Tax Consultancy was established in 2019 to fill that gap. We began by helping businesses meet their VAT requirements and prepare financial audit reports.

As UAE tax law grew, with corporate tax arriving in 2023 and compliance demands rising every year, we grew with it. Today our accounting professionals provide complete tax and financial services: accounting and bookkeeping, VAT consultancy, corporate tax, all major audit types, business setup, ICV certification and business advisory.

In January 2022, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Capital Plus Auditing of Accounts in Dubai, strengthening the audit and assurance capabilities our accounting professionals bring to every client.

What has not changed since day one is how our accounting professionals work: clear advice, accurate numbers and a client-first approach in everything we do.

Inspire MS Tax Consultancy has been serving clients since 2019, initially focusing on fulfilling VAT requirements, Financial Audit Reports, and Taxation services. We are registered with the Federal Tax Authority since 2018 and have continued to expand our expertise to provide complete financial and compliance solutions to businesses across the UAE.

How do I check that you are really FTA approved?

Search our name or our Tax Agent Number (TAN#30001622) on the FTA’s public register of tax agents at tax.gov.ae. Only registered agents are legally authorised to represent you before the FTA.

Do your tax agents handle corporate tax as well as VAT?

Yes. Our FTA tax agency registration covers VAT, corporate tax and excise tax representation, so one team of accounting professionals handles all your tax matters.

Is Inspire MS Tax Consultancy approved by the FTA?

Who founded Inspire MS Tax Consultancy?

The firm was founded by CA Zeeshan Ali, a chartered accountant who serves as Founder and Managing Partner. He leads a team of qualified accounting professionals specialising in UAE taxation and audit.

Our head office is in Abu Dhabi (M02, Building 11, E29 Sector, Muroor Road), with a branch office in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi and an office in Dubai (Office 605, Park Lane Tower, Business Bay). We serve clients across all seven emirates.
